Is it safe to enter my credit card information on this site?
The Ethical Soles website is secured by 128-bit SSL encryption. When you browse to a page that requires sensitive information such as credit card details, you'll find a GeoTrust seal at the bottom of the page, and a small lock icon will appear in the corner of your browser. When you see these signs, you can rest assured that any data you enter will be encrypted immediately and transferred safely and securely.
Why can't I add items to my cart?
The Ethical Soles website requires that your browser accepts cookies in order to add items to your shopping cart and make a purchase. Please ensure that this option is enabled in your browser before browsing our site.
After adding items to your cart, click "View Cart" in the menu on the left side of your page. On the Shopping Cart page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and find the section labels "Redeem a discount coupon". Enter your coupon code in the box and click "Submit". Your order will be recalculated and a new "Discounted Subtotal" will appear on the Shopping Cart page. You can then proceed with the checkout process.
Special Orders are purchases that are made while the item is still in production. Your payment reserves the item for you, which is important as our special order items usually sell out before clearing customs! We strongly encourage you to order early to make sure you get your order as soon as possible.
